Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, though great by the lazy river, were not ready on time for check-in and were far apart. The service, despite being pleasant and helpful in most instances, was marred by pushy timeshare tour offers. The location, close to amenities but affected by flooding and wildfires, had its drawbacks. The dining experience, while offering gourmet pizzas, left much to be desired with limited options and poorly cooked dishes.
The hotel offers nice and spacious rooms with beautiful landscaping, close to stores and restaurants. However, the cleanliness could be improved as the unit was quite dusty and old-looking. The service was overall friendly and accommodating, but there was a negative experience with rudeness and lack of helpfulness. The location is lovely and well-kept, with lots of wildlife around, although the pool area may need attention. The dining options were lacking, but there was a positive experience with signing up for sales promotions. The facilities were decent, with some positive and negative aspects.
The hotel offers spacious and beautifully designed rooms, but some areas had issues with odors. The staff seemed indifferent to room assignments. Having the option to cook or dine out is a nice touch.
The hotel is beautifully located in the valley, near Palm Springs attractions, with lovely units and activities for all ages. However, the dining experience was lacking with limited options for families. The service was outstanding, and the facilities were well-maintained.
